Description
In collaboration with WaterTower Music, Waxwork Records presents Lee Cronins The Mummy (Original Motion Picture Soundtrack), composed by Stephen McKeon. Reuniting with director Lee Cronin following their work on Evil Dead Rise, McKeon crafts a chilling and visceral score for this bold reimagining of one of horrors most iconic stories.
Blending experimental sound design with traditional orchestration, the score creates an unsettling sonic landscape filled with tension, dread, and raw emotion. Built on eerie textures like strained breathing, scraping claws, and explosive bursts of chaos, McKeons undead demonic orchestra delivers a uniquely immersive horror experience that lingers long after listening.
This deluxe 2LP release is pressed on striking Blood and Sand coloured vinyl, perfectly reflecting the films haunting desert setting and brutal intensity. A must-have for horror fans and soundtrack collectors, this edition captures the terrifying essence of The Mummy in a bold and atmospheric format.
