Description
Sweetness of Nothing is a cohesive concept album that weaves a musical journey where ear-worm pop hooks meet jazzy keyboard solos and unconventional time signatures. Centered around the coming-of-age story of a young man grappling with a world marred by greed and political turmoil, the album juxtaposes vibrant tracks like the funky slacker anthem “I’m a Tree” with the intense, overdriven drama of the single “The Casino”, contrasting moments of clarity and optimism with the frustrations and angst of navigating lifes pitfalls.
