Solar Boats is inspired by ancient Egypt’s iconography, transporting the Pharaohs’ souls to the Otherworld, a concept used, metaphorically, by Guess What to travel and explore the multidimensional Universe, which we can now call Multiverse. A mythical saga: The album presents an entertaining collection of short musical pieces, stemming from various areas of the Cosmos, which the duo Guess What have collected thanks to their Solar Boat trips alongside the Children In Space – children who, having grown up in outer-space, navigate through galaxies and nebulae as easily as we take the bins out or walk to school…they present a groovy, poetic and folkloric picture of some of the most remote parts of the Cosmos.
